Deidre Martin is a writer, curator and teacher.

She is the editor-at-large for UPPERCASE magazine and currently teaches film studies and visual culture at the University of Calgary.

At present, Deidre is working on several book projects and writing a stageplay entitled, "The Happiness of Animals."
